You must agree to these terms and conditions prior to use of our service. Connecting to our servers, constitues acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- We are not responsible for what is downloaded to each seedbox or server. If there is a problem with some of the content downloaded by a user, then talk with the user who owns the file or contact support through our website.
- Each server has a port limit of speed. If you are on a shared box then you can't expect the speed to constantly be at 100MBit/s as other users will be using the connection too. If you are on a private seedbox, then your speeds should always be stable and are only used by you. If you have any problems with speeds or concurrent downloads not working, log into your account and open a trouble ticket.
- Payments for the seedboxes are to be made 5 days before the due date of your next service payment, although if you are on more than a one month contract, then this will be taken into account. Please note that prices may be subject to change due to factors such as a rise in dedicated server pricing etc. In such situations, we will email you at least 15 days prior to a rate change.

- We do not issue refunds after activation for ANY reason. This includes issues with delivery of account login (delivery can take up to 60 buisness days, although in most cases will be much shorter). Billing starts at the time of activation, although we will give you extra time at the end of the month (1 day minimum) for each day after payment you do not receive your details, if the error was on our end. We may give more, but only promise equivilent time. We will do our best to compensate users for lost time due to server outages, delivery issues, and server overload but cannot guarentee it. By signing up for service, you agree to this policy unconditionally.

- We allow our seedboxes to be used in correspondance with any torrent site or links from public trackers.
- Support is available if you need help with utorrent, FTP access,torrentflux or seedboxes in general. We do not charge extra for support but replies may be delayed if there is a large number of requests for support.
- We do our best to ensure you will be assigned to a datacenter in a geographical location close to your specifications if you make such a request. However due to availability, we can not always guarentee it.
- The payment methods available (currently - more are on the way) are PayPal and ePassporte. Send ePassporte payments to strager@comcast.net, and than email the same address with the ID of the transaction. I will apply a credit to your account that you can use for your purchase.
- Under absolutely no condition will we allow you to put child pornogrophy on your seedbox. If we find out that you are using your box for this, we will take every action to ensure you go down hard. While we keep no records of your activity you really don't want to screw around on this one.
- In the event we receive a report that your box is being used for child pornogrophy we reserve the right to begin taking logs of your account, and should we determine the validity of such a report, you agree to allow us to turn these records in to law enforcement.
